Q. What
is your warranty?
A. Our
standard warranty is 90 days (no electrical), but six-month, one-year,
and with-labor warranties are available on selected items
Q. How
do I get to your location?
A. Call
us and we'll give you precise directions.
Q. Do
you deliver?
A. Yes
-- we have eight trucks running daily full time throughout New
England, five days a week. If you're outside our normal delivery
area, we ship nationwide via UPS, Fedex, and common carrier trucking
companies.
Q . What
form of payment do your require?
A. We
accept cash, check, Visa and MasterCard.
Q. Do
you install parts?
A. Mechanical:
Our sales staff will be happy to hook you up with one of our many
repair shop customers for a quote. Body: We have our own body
shop and would be happy to quote.
Q. If
the part is not available, can you find one for me?
A. Absolutely
- we can even do it while you're on the phone. We'll also guide
you through the selection available for best price and quality.
Q. What
year cars and trucks to you stock?
A. We
maintain an inventory of autos and trucks that span the last 15
years. We have electronic access to thousands of other yards that
also have vast inventories. Some -- believe it or not -- are overseas.
If it's out there, we'll get it.
